Refund and Returns Policy
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. You can choose to return an item for a refund or an exchange if an item has a major problem. Please contact us on 07 5593 6344 or email email@example.com or, of course drop in to the store.
We define a major problem if an item:
- Has a problem that would have, in our view, reasonably stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it.
- Is unsafe.
- Is significantly different from the sample or description.
- Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please note that under ACCC laws we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
Miami Sound offers via the Australian product wholesaler, the manufacturer's warranty on all new goods we sell to you.

In most cases a warranty claim will need to be verified by the Australian Wholesaler, an authorised repairer or the product manufacturer. We are here to help so please don't hesitate to contact us.
